  4. MOO doesn't replace the Windows 95 menu system, but rather
  5. supplements it by providing quicker access to its menu items.
  6.  
  7. To install MOO, copy its files to some suitable directory
  8. and put a shortcut file to MOO.EXE on your Desktop or in
  9. your Start Menu. MOO's help file (accessible from its
  10. System Menu -- or by pressing F1) has more information.

  12. MOO 4.0 for Windows 95 is a public domain program and is
  13. entirely free -- even for commercial use.
